Vicks Comfort Flex Digital Thermometer
Working six times faster than standard thermometers, the Vicks 965 model completes a temperature reading in only ten seconds. In addition, this one features a flexible, soft tip for increased comfort, as well as a backlight glow that makes it easy to read in the dark. Like Vicks other models, it beeps when done, and offers professional accuracy to within +/ 0.2 degrees Fahrenheit. A memory function allows a comparison between the current and previous reading. Mercury-free and with no glass to worry about, this digital thermometer makes a safe thermometer for the whole family. Because the thermometer can be used orally, rectally, or under the arm, five disposable probe covers are included to help prevent contamination between family members (more covers can be purchased in pharmacies). Pros & Cons :(and i know it was accurate because we promptly took her to the hospital, where they checked it and got a temperature that was just a couple of tenths lower) i've been using it to monitor her temperature ever since and it's been consistently accurate.
