In some European countries, doctors prescribe Uva Ursi tea along with antibiotics to help treat urinary tract infections. The problem is Uva tea is unpalatable and after a few cups you get sick of it. For a long time the tea was not easily found in the U.S. The capsules are wonderful because there is nothing unpleasant about them and they work well. I used to suffer from bladder infections and went from one antibiotic to another until they all became uneffective. Uva pills have helped me keep off infections. Now I take them only occasionally or when I feel discomfort and haven't had to take antibiotics in years. I highly recommend the product to everyone who suffers from recurring bladder infections.

Uva Ursi is a kind of suppliment you have to be careful with, it's not one you can take everyday. This one is one your only take a few times a year. With that in mind, I took this one starting on the Monday after I received it, followed the directions and had no problems with it.
