If you want true energy, get sleep, eat right, exercise and avoid excessive exposure to TV/PC. This will wake you up for an hour or two, but it is not an all-day energy thing. Few things are. I took it and it works. It will get you through the 3pm slump to the end of work. But there are few magic bullets.
