This is the perfect shake for those who workout. Alot of the shakes on the market are way too sweet. This one is perfect. It has all the vitamins,minerals and protein needed for workouts like P90X. It's just the perfect shake and the best price.

This is the first Whey Protein I started drinking, and I like the vanilla flavor, which is very versatile and you can mix with an expresso and it tastes like Frapucchino or Coffee ice cream, you can also add some cinnamon and oats and tastes like oatmeal shake which I love, I drink it with nonfat milk and mix it in a blender. I like that it is sweetened with both Acesulfame K and Sucralose, not just Acesulfame K giving it a more natural sweet taste. I also tasted Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey, and this one has a richer taste, but both are good. The amount of protein per serving is on par with other top brands.

The taste isn't that great, but I haven't tried any other protein powder yet. I've gained about 2 pounds of lean body mass since I started using this three weeks ago.
