I have suffered from tinnitus from as long as I can remember and learned to just tune it out and ignore it most of the time. However being in my 50s now it seems in the last year that it gotten louder. In the past, I have tried other herbal remedies and things like zinc that tinnitus web sites have recommended to no avail. I decided to try clear tinnitus because of not only the worsening of the noise, but also because its one of the very few natural brands of tinnitus remedies that is widely available online. And, sold over the counter at Walgreen's. I started out taking 2 capsules, twice a day. Although it claimed to take perhaps a week to work, I felt some results by the second day, and dropped my dosage to 1 capsule twice a day. Its now only been 4 days and the noise has significantly reduced. Its still there, but at no where near the loud obtrusive hiss it was before. I hope it will continue to reduce it even more as I go along. Even if it doesn't get any better than this I consider it worth it. Try this by buying your first bottle at Walgreen's if your anxious to get your hands on some, but then order it online if it works for you. Its cheaper that way. The only reason I am not giving this product 5 stars is because they only offer the pills in this one 60 count bottle, with no discounted larger size available like all other natural remedies of all kinds seem to do. Very unusual, but still worth it if your a tinnitus sufferer.

Having Meniere's disease for over 3 years now, I've tried lipoflavinoids and chinese herb formulas, etc. None have really seemed to be much help. Then I decided to try this product. I can say that within a few days I noticed a significant reduction of tinnitus. After using it for 6 weeks or so since, it still works great for me. This is reasonably priced, and all natural. What have you got to lose? The noise in your head, that's all!!

I was hoping that this product would work. I bought two bottles and followed the instructions to the letter. Could not tell a difference.
