This Ultimate Life product and The Ultimate Meal are central to my diet, as well as algae in general, Spirulina, Chlorella and Marine Phytoplankton. During the past two years of daily consumption my health and fitness have improved. I give some of the credit to these and am increasing doses of each.

i have used this supplement for more than five years at the suggestion of a herbalist. i have never felt better. not only does it seem to help keep those colds away, it seems to keep me more health feeling and less tired.
