When i first tried this i was very skeptical about it actually doing any good for my high sugar levels. In one week i went from 200 to 120 to then 80 at times! I have also tried out of curiosity bitter gourd tea aka bitter melon tea and i must say it is gross tasting in comparison to this Sugar Control Tea and it didn't really help my sugar levels so therefore i went back to this wonderful product!
