I was skeptical, because I v tried so many different products. i can tell you I noticed a difference in allergy relief right away, now I am toning up some, I had been bed ridden cuz of a M.S. flair up and the muscle wasting was horrible, but I am getting back on my feet and building the muscle back!

My parents have been using it for five years now, and they have not visit the dictor since. Also my children use it when they get sick to help their inmune system. I don't go to the doctor anymore. Everybody should try it. Maria
