I've only taken this for two days, but what a difference already! I've been suffering a lot of stress in my life lately, and it's really been taking it's toll on my body. I've been catching colds consecutively with only a couple days of wellness inbetween for over a month, as well losing a bunch of weight from a bad bout of food posioning that lasted over a week. My immune system wasn't getting a chance to rest, making me vulnerable to any bug flying my way, and my body was breaking down. I couldn't think clearly, digest my food well, sleep well, or do much of anything because I was chronically exhausted and getting worse. I went to my local health food store in desperation, and the man at the counter handed me this product and told me it was his best seller. I almost balked at the price, but decided to try it anyway. It delivers exactly what it says on the box. I feel a huge increase in energy, my digestion is back to normal, I'm clearer headed and calmer in mood and I feel worlds better in just two days! I'm really shocked and elated. What a relief! There's only a few minor drawbacks to this product. One is the price. It's pretty expensive. Two is that you have to take 3 tabs a day, and these pills aren't coated, so you have to swallow them quick. Three is they smell and taste NASTY. I don't know what it is with good quality multi-vitamins, but the better they are, the worse they taste and smell. Another reason to swallow quickly! Lastly, they turn your urine chartreuse and make it smell like the pill. But I consider these all very minor drawbacks, including the cost, to the fact that you get what you pay for and the results were so immediate and helpful. I'll definately keep taking these till my life stressors pass, and recommend them to everyone I know.
