You really need to understand what is in Stacker 3 before taking it. The bottom line is if you are really over weight, don't bother. If only a little weight needed to shed, give it a try. Full review here: h[...]

I've been taking Stackers on and off for a few years. However, I usually only take one in the morning to get me alert for the day as a substitute for coffee. It has the caffeine equivalent of around 2 large cups of coffee and I feel it keeps me going through a long days work. I am not overweight and therefore have not tried using it for its intended weight loss purpose. I can say that it does decrease appetite, on days that I take a Stacker in the morning I am more likely to eat a light lunch. Be aware that due to the high caffeine content, it will keep you up at night if taken around dinner time. Overall, I do recommend this product and have not had any adverse side effects. However, as mentioned earlier I cannot say if it is an effective weight loss pill or not.

I started taking these about 6 months ago when I started dieting and exercising. I have never ever been a breakfast person, so I got used to taking one in the morning without any food at all. They give me tons of energy, but as soon as they start to wear off anxiety kicks in so I take another. Now I take about 5 a day and if I don't take two within 30 mins of waking up, here comes the anxiety! I absolutely hate it, but love my stackers. My next attempt will be trying to wean myself back down to two or less a day, and hopefully that happens. If you notice yourself starting to take more and more, be careful because they are very addictive.
