My granddaughter has ADD and I ordered it for her because I know first hand that it works to control behavior. I'm also taking it for a skin problem on my hands and they are much improved.Source Naturals Pycnogenol, 50mg, Tablets, 120 tablets

It's terrific! I have asthma, nasal allergies and a prolapsed mitral valve. Any of these can cause breathing problems that get quite severe, ie, can't even walk a few feet without getting winded. I highly recommend pycnogenol. It helps both immediately and gradually. Take it immediately and in 20-30 minutes, you should get a result, but take it for a week or two and see if your breathing problems clear for the long term. Then only start again if your breathing problems recur -- this saves money on this expensive product. Good luck!

I have had costochondritis (inflammation of the cartilage by the ribs) for almost a year and this finally helped me heal. I took 150 mg for 10 days and I haven't had any problems in over a month. Previously I tried physical therapy, rest, Tylenol, aspirin & oxycondone for the pain. Others have used ibuprofen for this condition, but I am allergic so I couldn't. I would recommend this (I checked with my doctor first) for anyone who can't take traditional anti-inflmmatory medication, or just looking for something more natural.
