This product is great.My daughter has autism and has a sleep disorder.She takes medication to sleep but its not enough so i have to give her 9ml of melatonin with it.She falls asleep fast and wakes up refreshed with no hangover effects.I recommend this to anyone that can't fall asleep.

These pills are great especially for someone like me that doesn't need help staying/falling asleep often but very much so every now and then. They will knock you out and you won't wake up until the next morning but as my doctor advised me, I should only use it every once in a while because your body will diminish its own melatonin production if I use it as an everyday supplement before bed. But as a suplement itself, it does just as it is supposed to, put you to sleep like a baby! Two thumbs up!

After taking the shrink wrap off the bottle, I opened the top to find that inner safety seal was only attached on one side. Amazon happily sent out another bottle and this one was just the same... I decided to try it and it didn't work. I have used melatonin in the past and it has always helped which makes me wonder if someone is switching out the melatonin and replacing it with sugar pills... definitely suspect!
