Okay, friend of mine gave me one of the little "pixie sticks" of this stuff to try. I was amazed. I am 58 and feel like it's taken off 10 years. I was always high energy but found myself exhausted when I got home from work. On weekends, I would opt to read because I just didn't have the energy or desire to get up and do anything. I have been using the Slimquick powdered stix for almost two weeks and am going strong, with no increased heart rate, no jitters, etc. I see things that need doing and do them....no excuses, no putting things off. Very different from prior to using this stuff. My outlook is up because I have more energy. I had a three day weekend and did projects the whole time. Because I expend so much energy, I sleep really well at night. I only use one a day because I would not be able to sleep on two a day. I also mix it with pure pomegranite juice and lemon juice concentrate to help with the taste, as it is too artificially sweetened for me. I have recommended this to several friends because it does what it claims. The taste is the only downside, but its upsides more than compensate, I think it is ideal for women my age because it boosts energy, resulting in increased activity which will result in weight loss over time. I am not eating because I am bored, thus reducing caloric intake. It works the way they claim....at least for me.

This product works great if you One, use as directed and Two, you actually work out! I have been using this for about A month in a half and I have lost 18 pounds(This is with working out for an hour 5 days a week) Once again weight loss will not come overnight or without effort on your part and if you take CLA with it that will help keep the weight off! I am 12 pounds away from my goal!

I received a sample of this product in a box of Slimquick Extreme. I mixed it in a 20 oz. bottle of water, and it tasted disgusting. I tried to dilute it a little more, after forcing myself to drink some, and it didn't help. It has a HORRIBLE aftertaste! I do not recommend this product at all!
