Honestly...this product did not help that much. I live in possibly the worst place for allergies in the US. I have tried everything including this and it only works for a little while. I prefer to use something more gentle. I personally now use Allegra for the allergies along with the Zicam gel nasal spray and it works beautifully for me. Also, small amounts of prescribed steroids work good on allergies too.

This is the first time I've ever reviewed a product, and I'm doing so becuase this really works for me. I've suffered periodic migraines since I was 12. I've used various medication, but they all have side effects. I stumbled upon this a few months ago and decided to give it a try. Quite simply, it works almost immediately to interrupt the onset of a migraine. I find that sometimes the interruption works completely or for many hours, while sometimes I need to do another spray within an hour. But, there is always instant relief, and there are no side effects. In response to people who say that it is "painful", I disagree. I'm the kind of person who can only tolerate "medium" spicy food, so I'm certainly not immune to hot pepper. If you eat sushi, the senstation is very close to eating too much wasabi at once - an immediate rush to your senses that also immediately begins to subside. At most, it's about 2-3 seconds of discomfort, which in no way compares to a migraine. In my opinion, it's much closer to a curious sensation than a painful one. This is so effective that I keep a bottle at work, one at home, and I make my wife carry one in her purse when we go out. If you are a headache sufferer, then you owe it to yourself to give this a try.

I bought the sinus buster last year. It burned the first few times, but now I have gotten so used to it that it doesn't burn at all any more. It seems to desensitize the mucus membrane in the nose and open the sinuses. I love it!
