I first used this product (capsules, haven't tried the mist) during a terrible bout of congestion. I could not identify the problem as allergy, cold, infection or anything else except possibly a low pressure weather system, but I couldn't breathe at all. I cannot take anything with pseudoephedrin, and loratadine wasn't touching the symptoms. After only three or four days I had significant relief with SinuFix and feel quite normal now. My next "test" is to see how this works when a storm front comes back through! I recommend the product - it's neutral enough to do no harm and seems to really help!
