I hated the after taste it left in my throat. The affects lasted at least three hours of gagging and throwing up!!

My husband's snoring used to be awful. We'd had some success with an anti-snoring spray purchased at our local pharmacy, but they've since stopped stocking it. I'd hoped this spray would work as well but it did absolutely nothing. (My husband also disliked the taste.) We had much more luck investing in the Sona stop snoring pillow. Sona Pillow with free Nap Eyemask Yes, it's pricey but no more so than a 10-month supply of this spray. The big difference: the pillow actually worked.

I purchased this item for a co-worker of mine on a business trip. I've roomed with him before and his snoring kept me up. It was used for 3 nights in a row and did not work one bit. Not only that, it tastes really bad. I would not recommend this product at all.
