I have done a few of these detox programs from different companies and this one is simple and effective without starving yourself and ony has very mild side effects. Shopped around some different retail stores and amazon saved us about $40 on the two kits. Here is a little hint. Never make the 2nd phase of shakes with water only. They are so tough to stomach. Make sure to mix them with plain berry nector or sweet and fresh fruit.
