I trusted sephora when I purchased this product. I buy bare minerals and I just love them. This product is a piece of junk. I was so dissapointed that sephora would rip thier customers off with such a piece of junk. Now will not be able to shop sephora with confidence any more. What a bummer.

This product is great for someone who is allergic to latex and / or cannot use a traditional lash curler with confidence. The product works but it takes so long to get a curl that you'll need to add a lot of time to your beauty routine. I used mine several times and it still works and I still have it but it's at the back of the makeup drawer because I just don't have the time.

I bought this product after reading about how great heated eyelash curlers were, and it didn't live up to it's name. I used it for a few weeks, and it would curl my eyelashes... For about two minutes. And in those two minutes, you could barely tell the curler had done anything. I kept at it for about two weeks, then, after accidentily dropping it, it stopped working. I replaced the batteries and everything still wouldn't work. Conclusion: Don't buy this eyelash curler, there are much better ones out there, that actually work.
