Gives me a very close, smooth shave. Better than the regular electric razors I've owned. A real performer. Highly recommended.

I got this one time when I got to my armory and realized I'd left my razor at home. The store across the street had one of these, and I just thought it would at least get me through the weekend. The blades and foils on it lasted longer than most of the other expensive ones I've had, and it shaved better than them. I can get a half dozen of these for the price one of most of the others, but so far, I'm just now replacing my first one after a couple of years of occasional use (couple times a week). It also costs less than a pack of refills for my manual razor, or replacement blades for the other electrics I've had. It's nice not having to pack a special charger, and 2 AA batteries actually last a while in it. I actually use this both on the road and at home when I don't have time to "really" shave (manual razor blade for that really close shave).

I've been using this for about a month. This $12 razor is replacing a $170 self cleaning Braun that never worked well at all. I was able to get that first month of use out of one set of batteries. As the batteries wore down it did slow down, but still worked about the same. For such a low price you will be amazed how well this thing works. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a built in beard trimmer. So if you have a stray hair that sneaks buy or bends/curves into your flesh a bit you'll need a separate trimmer to cut it. I used to have a three foil Remington several years ago (it was great too) but can't find it anywhere anymore. Three razors later this is the closest thing I have found to it. :)
