I have been taking this for over 9 years and can attest to its long term viability amoung a myriad group with the same intent that amount to no more than so much expensive, pseudo apothecary.It is well balanced;contains a generous amount of the basic nutrients + a comprehensive herbal formula(not in a blend, as does most of its competion)For men, the iron is minimal and about the only thing to question is the amt. of selenium(25mg) which is too low.(should be 200mg}Also good amt. of milk thistle standardized,glucosamine, borage seed oil,green tea,etc (read the label,its mostly standardized(meaning the potency is what it says it is.)The batches are also tested and each bottle contains an assay report listing what is in the capsule(large softgel, but easy to swallow.(3 a day)And a clean product, most of the unhealthful materials for binding are not in there.For anyone out there with peripheral neuropathy(tingly pain in the nerves of the feet and hands,common in diabetics but a growing affliction in non diabetics) it helps in taking away the discomfort(could be the b12 but it works whatever is combined in the formula)Lastly, if you want a mild soporific before you go to bed , try one capsule and you will sleep more restfully.I`ve tried many of the top brand multi vitamins and this is the best of them.(you also get a feeling of "well being" but don`t ask me where it comes from.(I suspect it is fresh raw materials,so make sure the batch was made under 6mos,although they guarantee 3 yrs potency.5 stars. Buy it on sale,look around.
