The product was received on time; packing in good shape...my whole family uses Rainbow Light in different flavors...excellent food based multi-vitamins.

I took these throughout my pregnancy. They are just great. I never had morning sickness from them. They gave me peace of mind with just one tablet a day. And I really liked that they were vegan, organic, natural and holistically inclined. I will be taking them for postpartum and breastfeeding as well as my concentrated fish oil supplements.

i bought these for my husband. they work about as well as most mid-range vitamins. i can't really say anything too positive or too negative about them.
