every morning starts with one scoop of this powder along with a few supplements - i've been doing this for over five years now and the very few times i've missed, i really notice. for anyone who needs to keep their protein levels up and carb levels low, this is an excellent solution. tastes great too.

I ordered this protein by mistake and meant to order Optimum Nutrition. I bought a small version of optimum nutrition with the intention of returning this one once I receive it. I tried it once and absolutely love the Champion Nutrition chocolate flavor. I mixes very well with water and one scoop in 5 oz of water tastes just like chocolate milk. It is very very tasty.

Blech!! I have to plug my nose to get this stuff down in the morning. I've been using American Sports Nutrition, American Whey in Chocolate... religiously, but when my local dealer was out of it one day, she talked me into switching to this...telling me that it tasted great. AWFUL, absolutely awful in comparison to American Whey. I can't wait until she gets it back in stock, so I can ditch this stuff. What a waste of money!!
