I used to struggle with almost daily stomach-aches, unexplained vomiting, and seasonal allergies. I read the book "The Maker's Diet," which was written by the man behind this product. I decided to try the Primal Defense, but was too cheap to take it at the recommended dosage of 3 capsules a day. Within two weeks, taking only 1 capsule a day, the stomach aches and vomiting quit almost entirely. When the spring came, my allergies were hardly noticeable. My overall health has improved greatly, my whole system just feels cleaner, and I'm sure I would see more improvement if I were to take the full dosage. I highly recommend this product to anyone struggling with digestive problems, and you might even see if it will kill your allergies like it did mine.

I take Primal Defense in conjuction with a few other supplements and have never had more energy or focus in my life. Take it for a month what do you have to lose? Great Product!!

I wasn't extremely impressed with this product. I've used many brands of probiotics over the years, some cheaper, some more expensive; this one fell in the middle. It works fine as a probiotic but I can achieve similar results with something less expensive.
