And I gave up trying to look nice, I was always too hot for anything more that thin shirts and makeup became a thing of the past. All those OTC pills for this didn't work. I chose these creams because they were natural and because they were inexpensive (I may have been the seven symptoms of menopause but I'm also cheap) Within days I slept thru the night, and I can actually move without breaking into a sweat or needing to lie down to nap for days on end. And for the last month (that's how long I've been using) I haven't seethed. Seething was new - I've been mad, upset, and angry but this seething thing was over the top... The boyfriend would run away, fearful I would toss his stuff. Mostly I wanted to toss him. Thank heaven for these creams, because we all know you can't change a man, so something had to change - and it was my hormone levels. I'm fond of this product because it works for me and I like the smell of the ingredients. I feel it's doing its job safely and naturally.

I'm over sixty (66) and my facial hair was getting thicker and growing in faster and longer, I could see new beard (lets call it what it is) growth in just one day, this product really has helped me with this problem by making my facial hair fine and very slow growing. I only use my finger tip to put enough cream on the growth area and rub it in first thing in the morning, after a couple of hours I clean my face to apply my usual cream and makeup. If I dont have the extra time to let it absorbe into my skin, I just put it on my chest and neck. At night I apply the cream while I watch TV and then go to bed with it on. My sister 76 yrs old. has found that it has softened wrinkles especially around her mouth to make her skin look better, she also uses very little.
