Pros & Cons :the apf formula is supposed to "open up the pores" and allow greater penetration on fluoride into the tooth.
You are paying for the R&D

Pros & Cons :my dentist recommended phos-flur saying it has shown to possibly reduce these white spots, including the white spots from other causes, and it will also help protect and strengthen my teeth if it is a beginning stage of tooth decay, so i am willing to give it a try for the sake of keeping my teeth perfect!
