How to choose perfumes for others
There are many things to consider when choosing perfumes for friends, siblings, boyfriends,girlfriends, husbands, wives or parents. We have to think about what the other person likes. We don't want to give a perfume that has a woody and musky scent when person loves floral and fruity scents! When we don't listen or pay attention to what others like, all we're doing is wasting our money on things that they don't even enjoy or like. I don't think that anyone wants to fall into this category.Therefore, let me give you some advice by listing some tips on choosing perfumes for others:
- Start by doing a research. What's that person's favorite color, flower, smell, style or celebrity? What's their personality like?
- Don't choose a perfume that smells good on you! Everyone's skin reacts differently when we apply perfume.
- Be very discrete. It will be wise to invite the person for perfume shopping and together test out perfumes and watch their reaction to what they like or dislike. Then you can surprise them with the perfume of their choice!
- You can ask the person what kind of perfume they like during a casual conversation.
- One of the scents that critics say that never fail are “fresh scents” since they smell like soap and clean air.
