I really like generic analgesics because they are just as effective as the brand names, but they cost less and you usually get more tablets. If you buy the brand name product, you will pay twice as much. Acetaminophen is a good pain reliever for headaches and minor aches and pains. It does not have as good anti-inflammatory properties as Ibuprofen (Advil). Those with kidney or liver disease should avoid Acetaminophen. "Percogesic" is perhaps a play off of the product "Percodan", which is a potent narcotic analgesic. This product has NO relationship to Percodan. Jim "Konedog" Koenig
