How to efficiently and comfortably wash your hair

Washing hair and bathing is a daily activity for all of us. But sometimes because of lack of time or ignorance, we miss on washing our hair effectively. Here is a guide to give you a good understanding of how to wash hair correctly to get effective results.

Rinse the hair properly
Once you have adjusted the water’s temperature, you can rinse your hair. Pour running water on the hair as well as scalp, making sure that you lift the hair off so that your scalp comes in contact with water properly. Rinse from 30 seconds to about a minute to get the hair free from dirt and dust.

Use a good shampoo in adequate quantity
Now you can apply shampoo to your hair and scalp. The quantity of shampoo will depend on your hair. Use a mobile shampoo bowl to keep the shampoo. Moreover, it makes easy for the whole family to use the shampoo. If you have long hair, you will need more shampoo and if you have short hair, you will need lesser of it.
