Straight up, if you're buying this to relieve stress, help maintain energy, or most of all reduce blemishes then you've made the right choice. However, you might want to get the pills. (Read below) I've pretty much maintained the same diet for a while now and then added this and I'm mellow (unless I get wild), just about have clear skin (red marks, whatever) and for some reason keep having 2-3 hr gym sessions leaving feeling as if I can still do more (I do take with creatine, but this hasn't happened until I took both at once with a little OJ pre-workout) Alright pros and cons. Pros: - Clears skin - Help maintain energy(not a stimulant like caffeine) - Reduces Stress - Cost less than a comparable amount of pills Cons: - Might just be the worse tasting thing ever, everr - Not as convenient as the pill version Suggestions for use: - Mix with a small amount of liquid, say oj, and down it quick otherwise it clumps up, plus you just don't want to taste it, soo bad. (or create a drink) - I've read that mixing with OJ or some form of vitamin c rich fruit juice helps absorption - Also, I've read taking it with Zinc helps (Make sure you eat something if you do this otherwise you won't feel good for a little, i.e. upset stomach) - Get the pills too for on the go action, oo yeahh

As many people might know, Vitamin B5 of Pantothenic Acid is known to help treat acne. For info on how and why, search the web. Basically, you will notice your skin is less oily, you may have an initial breakout but less after that, and after a few weeks results should start to show if they haven't already. Stay in on it for 2-3 months for full benefits. After that you can kick down your dose to a maintenance level. But remember, not all products work for everyone, but take this product with confidence and patience. It works for about 90% of people from what I've read. It is recommended to take anywhere from 3-10 grams a day. You should always start off with less and build up. I personally took 10 grams a day after reading into the way that B5 works. The powder is great as you don't have to swallow up to 20 pills a day. It can be carried in a water bottle. In order to take 10 grams a day, here's what I did. The label says 1/8 level teaspoon provides 366 mg of B5. Taking 1 teaspoon thus gives 2.928 grams of B5. Every day, I would take a total of 3.5 teaspoons for a total of 10.248 grams. I personally used 7 one-half teaspoons of powder per day. I use it in water, milk, gatorade, powerade, protein shakes, juice, whatever. Develop an even plan for using it. For example, taking 7 half-teaspoons a day, I do this: 1 during breakfast 1 during the first part of my school day 1 during school lunch 1 during the second half of my school day and practice, etc. 1 during lunch snack at home 1 during the late afternoon 1 during dinner through bedtime As you can see, it's spread evenly and very personalized due to my school and activities. It also encourages me to drink LOTS of water which is always good. I'd say I take in about 130-150 oz a liquids a day. I hope this review helps. Remember, be patient!
