All the reviews of this product claiming that it will make you nauseous are true. This product will indeed make you nauseous. There is a reason for this, and I'm about to tell you what that reason is: This product contains a certain essential vitamin called zinc. Zinc will indeed make you nauseous in large quantities, commonly found in multivitamins. There is also a catch to this! One-A-Day will indeed make you nauseous, the other reviews on this product are NOT false. However, the catch is this: all the people reviewing this product have one thing in common (I am 99% sure); they are all taking this multivitamin on an EMPTY STOMACH. There's the solution. Don't pass this product up! As a body builder, and an athlete, I have found One-A-Day to be an incredible product when it comes to supplying my daily dosage of vitamins and minerals. There are none like it without getting into supplemental products. How to NOT get nauseous with this product: 1. Down this pill in the morning with breakfast and an 8 oz. (or larger) glass of water, milk, juice - your preference. 2. Make sure to eat a decent-sized breakfast no more than 30 minutes after taking this pill. A few crackers don't count. If you're worried about calories - dont! In the long run, taking this pill will help your body burn cals much more efficiently by the end of the day. Also, how many calories can possibly be in a bowl of Total with some skim milk? 250 at most? A small price to pay if you ask me. 3. Live an active lifestyle! This isn't necessarily going to make you any less nauseous but it will bring out the best that the pill can offer. Taking it so you can sit on your rear all day won't help you get in shape, be healthy, or lose weight. I suggest 20-30 minutes of excersize 3 to 5 days a week. It's that simple! This is, in my opinion, quite possibly the most UNDERRATED multivitamin in existence. Don't underestimate it's worth by reading about all these "nauseous" reviews and getting turned off of One-A-Day and end up buying some overpriced, lame excuse for a multivitamin, alternative product. I hope this review will help some of you out there looking for a good multivitamin. Look no more, it's here, it was just hiding behind the bad reviews.

For some reason, whenever I take the One-A-Day Maximum Vitamins, I feel nauseous. It's not an extemely acute feeling, but rather a mild feeling of discomfort, regardless of whether I take them on a full or empty stomach. Also, if you can't take large pills, these might be too big for you. (..)
