Omron HR-100C Heart Rate Monitor Had purchased an Omron pedometer previously & was happy with the brand, and so while researching different heart rate monitors I decided to go with the Omron brand again and I am NOT disappointed. I work out at a small training facility & this monitor works on all their equipment as well as using it at home or just while walking. Very easy to use, gives me same readings as some of the built in monitors on some of the equipment at my facility but also can use it on equipment that isn't set up to monitor the heart rate (their rower, some of their bikes, etc). I use it weekly and have set zones to work toward and having my own monitor is just so easy to set weekly goals. Just one click and I can use it as a regular watch as well. As a woman, watch could be a click smaller but it does fit my small wrist without having to add any more holes. I love it.

I recently inherited a X-Country skiing workout machine and thought it would be helpful to track my heart rate while working out. Not wanting to spend too much on a first time monitor, I checked your website and found the very reasonably priced Omron HR 100C heart rate monitor. It has been everything that I wanted - simple, accurate, easy to use, and as a bonus, it even synced up with the ski machines heart rate display. I've been very pleased with this product.

This is a terrific monitor. For about the past 20 years I've used Polar Monitors, going back to when you could change the batteries yourself, but for too long their batteries were sealed and could not be changed by the owner. At last I've found a very reliable monitor with batteries that I could change myself. I use the monitor in a very basic way, simply to record my heart rate and I do not bother with setting various parameters. Some people have complained about the inconsistency but I suspect that is because there is not enough moisture on your body at that time. I'm on the treadmill for 58 minutes and when I start out there is inconsistency but once I work up a good sweat the monitor just hums along.
