Coromega is a great way to get omega 3 instead of taking fish oil capsules. It comes in a little packet like ketchup does. It tastes like orange pudding. No fish taste. By far my favorite flavor! I liked it so much, I actually ate three the day I got them. If you like orange flavored chocolate, you'll like this.
