This is an excellent product. I was taking the Omega during pregnancy & when I was nursing. I will take it when I nurse my second baby. My baby is 2 yrs now and she was not sick even once =)

I'm happy to have this product. My baby is 18 months and still nursing. Knowing how important EFA's are to her developing brain, it's nice to feel reassured I'm getting enough for her. The added immune boost is reassuring too. I wish there were more products specifically for nursing mothers.
