I have been using this product in the 1200 mg tab form exclusively for the last 4 years. It has reduced my overall reading 35 points typically. I merely tell you what it has done for me. You should check with your MD first as some people get side effects from this natural/herbal remedy. Compared to statin blockers it is relatively inexpensive and above all natural.
