I'm feeling much more energized, haven't seen much hair's grow in, but I'm liking the effects so far.

I've been using this for a few weeks now, and I really don't see a difference. Appearex was better.

I have been taking this product for about a month now. My nails naturally grow fast, but so far they don't seem any stronger, they still break off when they reach a certain length. But I have definitely seen a noticeable change in my hair. It has gotten a lot smoother. I recently put braids in my hair to give it a rest and I thought they were sliding out because my hair is so much silkier. I went to get them redone and my stylist told me they were not slipping, I just have a lot of new-growth! I love it. I just hate that they're capsules because they're so hard for me to swallow.
