If you are serious about quitting smoking then don't hesitate to pick this up. It's one of the better if not the best flavor in the bunch. It helped me quit smoking, and it's not hard to quit the gum if you want as well =).

If your ready to quit, then this wiil help with withdrawl symptoms. It is worth the price to be smoke free!

Guess its working cause I got this for my friend at the great price amazon.com had and so far he has cut down to 2-3/day from 15/day. He loves the taste.
