I have used Umcka now for the past two cold seasons and find it be as effective if not more so than any over the counter remedy produced by the big pharmaceutical companies. Taken at the earliest on set of cold symptoms it effectively diminishes them and in most cases eliminates them within 24 hours. In addition there are no side effects such as drowsiness that I can detect. As a naturally derived product it fits nicely into my ethic of no hard corp chemical based medicines. Highly recommended.

I just got this stuff today. Paid 9.99 for a 4 oz bottle at a health store. I immediately noticed it helped soothe my throat a little. It tastes really good. I cant tell you if it shortens a cold ( ive been sick for 2 weeks already and just got this stuff today)I will update again next cold I get but hope that wont be for a while. Ive had numerous people recommend it.

A study of Umcka found that the cold lasted 2 days less when taking Umcka. More importantly, I found that the symptoms were dramatically reduced, making it easier to continue work and exercise. Well worth the cost and much better than the $15 I paid at a health food store the first time I purchased it.
