I USE THIS. I CHEW ONE WITH A CHEWABLE VITAMIN TAB ABOUT ONCE A WEEK. THE MEDICAL TERM FOR IS BEHAVIOR IS PICA. MIGHT EVEN BE CALLED SUPERSTITIOUS. BUT... YOU ARE MADE OF ELEMENTS. LOT'S OF THEM. MAYBE EVEN ALL OF THEM. THESE TABS ARE A "PERIODIC TABLE" OF ELEMENTS. I HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT FOR 25 YEARS. I THINK I FEEL PRETTY GOOD FOR BEING SIXTY TWO! LIKE CHICKEN SOUP FOR A BAD COLD. MAY NOT HELP BUT IT CAN'T HURT YOU EITHER. CHEAP INSURANCE. OH AND CAPTAIN PICARD ON STAR TREK TOOK "EARTH MINERALS" WITH HIM WHEN HE TRAVELED SPACE!
