It is the same protein thats sold retail. Tastes good and was a few bucks cheaper.

I think I tried this from the variety pack and I absolutely love it. I tried mixing this with water and it tasted terrible but when I mixed a little milk and water, it came out perfect (for me anyway). I can only tell you that I like it. If you are not familiar with the product, I would auggest you try the variety pack to see if it is in there and buy that.

omg i drink this like every morning! It has the best taste in the world, if you want more of a peanutbuttery taste add some peanut butter...yumm yumm
