Isopure was my first protein drink. I have to say that the nutritional info is great: 50 grams protein? Check. Other vitamins and minerals? Check. Zero carbs? Check. Mixes easily?. Check. But the flavoring? Ick. It's to the point that I gag a little when I drink them. I tried both mango peach and strawberries and cream. Both tasted ok initially, and slowly got more disgusting with each sip. They taste like sweet and low puked in your mouth. I will buy the unflavored, and mix that into crystal lite, or oatmeal etc. Good product, fruit flavors were not my cup of tea. I would recommend pure protein chocolate shake, but it has a little less protein.

Well ive tried this product before, so i decided to get it again. it helps with the lean muscle gain. i dont always mix it with water, i mostly mix it with milk. its really good, especially when you blend it with cookies. some people say its kind of chalky, honestly i dont think so.(then again i never went around tasting chalk so i wouldnt really know what chalk would taste like) overall it does its job, tastes pretty good, and at the price i got it for why not go for it.

I have been lifting for about three years now and so far this is the only protein that works for me. It is incredibly easy to mix and does not leave you with that bloated feeling. Best of all it has zero sugar and zero carbs which helps if you, like me, are in the cutting stage. Along with that, it has an amazing taste. It has no lactose so it does not leave that protein aftertaste that most other products do. I recommend this product for anyone wanting to get lean and for anyone that is lactose intolerant.
