I guess it made a difference, I am not using this product now and it doesn't stand out.

This brand of glucosamine/chondroitin has some of the highest levels of these 2 ingredients. The product worked ok, but it is kind of a hassle to remember to take 3 per day. I bought 2 bottles - kept one at work (to take 2 caplets at lunch) and kept one at home (to take 1 at night w/ dinner).
