I am a very tense person, and often have to deal with anxiety and I have to say compared to drinking kava tea (which you make with hot water, not water at a boil) the effects were very very mild and dissapointing. I did not feel relaxed at all, actually I found it to have little to no effect on me. Stick to the Yogi Kava tea or get the extract and make the beverage, because it's definitely worth it unlike these pills. 2-4 tea bags in a cup with 2 cups is the most effective and that's not overdoing it for the average stressed out business person. I find this product helpful by taking it at the onset of my PMS symptoms. It really takes the edge off of my moodiness. I find I only need to take one table in the morning for a couple of days and I feel much more relaxed. My husband and son are grateful for it!!
