Well, Mt Capra Mineral Whey is a great source of minerals, in particular, potassium, or at least that's the one I care about most since it's a necessary electrolyte and I found it (or the whole product) to work for me. Occasionally, I used to encounter muscle ache after exerting myself and I this product seems to address that issue!! I also want to send it to my grandmother in Bosnia who, according to one of Dr. Bernard Jensen's books (Foods that heal), is probably suffering from potassium deficiency. I suggest trying a smaller package first to make sure you're okay with the taste. Obviously, I'm okay with it.

I did manage to send this product to my grandmother and she is doing better (she can now move around without pain). It's amazing. Thank you, thank you!!
