I have tried this shampoo and happy with the reults. I have relaxed african american hair that tends to be dry thanks to Minnesota winters and this shampoo doesnt dry out may hair which is very important to me. I am always looking for better products out there and this is one i am willing to come back to if my search turns and futile. I do like the fact that it is sulphate free. I have also tried giovanni 50:50 shampoo and this is way better.

My hair had thinned from stress and FM. I was looking for a shampoo that thickened, restored health, and contained biotin, keratin and jojoba. This is it. I used one bottle and noticed immediate improvements. I ran out and started using something else and my hair is blah and falling out again. So back to Mill Creek. I give it 5 stars for the health it restored. 4 stars overall because it does leave your hair just slightly on the drier side, however with a little conditioner on the ends and my hair looks better than it has in years.
