Metabolic reset is a great product. I am a carb junkie and it really helps the cravings. I drink it between meals when I have a craving for something sweet. The chocolate flavor is great. If you whip it up in a blender it is just like a milkshake. I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love these shakes! They have a delicious flavor, and they aren't too bulky like some fiber drinks. As far as mixing them, I always use a blender so I can't say how easy they would be to mix without the aid of one. They are quite filling too, but the full feeling only lasts a couple of hours max.

I took home a pound of this when I went to my local health store. I have no problems with the taste or grit. In fact, I've been having 3 shakes a day along with a few regular meals, and what they say on the tub is true: it really helps your glycemic balance, and therefore, your hunger. I also have no trouble drinking it with water (vanilla flavor), but it's better with milk. One thing that really stands out about this mix is that it has chicory root, which is good for digestive enzymes and getting rid of gallstones (according to "The Herb Book", by John Lust). I wasn't as enchanted with the price, though, like other people (only 14 servings in a pound??), so I think I'm going to go back to Optimum Nutrition Gold 100% Whey and add ingredients if I need to. It's hard to beat that bargain for a 5 pound tub delivered with Amazon Prime.
