It's hard to tell with vitamins what you're really getting, but TwinLabs is a reliable company and the products have consistent quality. For me, these vitamins digest easily and they have everything a guy my age (pushing 50) needs.

If you can afford these then you are buying the best. try them and see the results for yourself. 1 30 day supply is all you will need to see a major improvement.
