This really does reduce your cravings. When I first started taking this medication, I was skeptical. Then I forgot to take it the other day, and I was eating like crazy. Took it twice today and haven't had ANY cravings. I'm a woman and no cravings for chocolate if you know what I mean. Ladies this product works. Now I haven't lost any weight yet. I"ve been taking it a few weeks so probably takes a while before you notice anything. This is not a weight loss pill in my opinion. This merely stops your cravings so you won't gain any weight.

I've used this product off and on for about six months now and I love it. One word of advice is to give it about 2 weeks to kick in, which is normal with most Hoodia products. Last week I was overeating like crazy (hormones didn't help) and this week, like magic, I have it all under control again and am pretty much forcing myself to eat, which is very rare for me. This stuff is great!
