I'm a very healthy person that takes all kinds of vitamins and supplements, but after taking this product for a week (2 a day) I had major stomach problems and diarrhea. Be aware: This is poison for your body.

I began a "lifestyle" change that included a sensible breakfast, sensible lunch, whatever I want for dinner (please note; this does not mean being gluttonous), and 1EZ Diet as a supplement. I'd read enough about the product to know that results vary. However, I personally have not seen anything. I did not want to focus so much on actual lbs in terms of weightloss, my assessment is very much reliant on fitting comfortable into clothing that has grown tighter. After taking the supplement 3 weeks...those close are still just as tight.
