I really enjoyed my matress genie when I first received it. It made a lot of noise inflating, so I had to plan ahead & inflate it when nobody else was sleeping; but it was great to watch TV or read until I was ready to go to sleep. HOWEVER, after about a month something went wrong with the electrical system and it would only turn on occcasionally. Sometimes it would be stuck in the "up" position, and I'd end up sleeping across the foot of my bed!! Finally it quit working altogether. It's been laying flat under my mattress ever since! The owners' manual has no address of phone number to contact about this.

I bought bed Genie for husband and I as he has had a stroke. I bought the queen and have liked but one problem when 2 have it and you user in high position one person leaves the other is in like a hole for good when both in bed and very good for use in smaller like twin for one person.
