I was purchasing magnesium directly from my doctor. This was a better product and a better price even with the shipping costs. Highly recommend this product for anyone with a magnesium deficiency (which is far more people than you may think!).

I'd been told for a long time to try Magnesium Citrate to reduce the "knot in the stomach" stress symptom that I've always had, but couldn't fine it at Walgreens so I never bothered. Finally just broke down and mail ordered it via Amazon, and am very happy that I did. It is very helpful in a way that the commonly available Magnesium Oxide never was. Wish I'd done it sooner.
